On October 22, 2025, an Energy Day for representatives of local governments of Kyiv region was held in Kyiv on the topic “Distributed Generation at the Community Level: Challenges and Solutions”. The event was organized by the UNDP Green Energy Recovery Program UNDP Ukraine / UNDP in Ukraine and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration under educational partnership Kyiv School of Public Administration named after S. Nyzhny.

The event was aimed at increasing community awareness of the development of decentralized generation, exchanging experiences, attracting investments, and implementing innovative energy solutions.

As part of the event, Yuriy Bondarenko, General Director of ENPASELECTRO LLC, delivered a report on the topic:

"Development of comprehensive solutions to increase the energy sustainability of communities. Experience of cooperation with communities of the cities of Mykolaiv and Odessa."

In his speech, Yuriy Bondarenko shared his practical experience in implementing energy projects aimed at ensuring the energy independence of communities.
